Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

DISPATCH CONDITIONS

Delivery is made within Germany and - with the exception of the natural latex mattress - to the following countries*: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands. 

Orders to Switzerland can only be placed via our Swiss Shop.

There are no partial deliveries. If an order contains several goods, these will generally be shipped together. We are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own discretion, insofar as this is reasonable for you.

MATTRESS DELIVERY

We deliver our natural latex mattress to the following countries*: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands. The shipping of the natural latex mattress is free of charge.

*No delivery is made to the following foreign islands: Faroe Islands, Greenland, Corsica.

DISPATCH COSTS (INCLUDING VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We charge shipping costs (with exception of the mattress) on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

Gross product value up to 79,99 € = 6,90 €
Gross product value from 80,00 € = 8,90 €

Deliveries to foreign countries
We charge a flat shipping fee (with exception of the mattress) for international deliveries:

Belgium: 12,90 €
Denmark: 12,90 €
France: 18,90 €
Italy: 18,90 €
Luxembourg: 12,90 €
Netherlands: 12,90 €
Austria: 12,90 €
Czech Republic: 18,90 €

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by e-mail. Therefore, we do not charge any shipping costs for gift vouchers.

DELIVERY PERIODS

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery shall be made within 1-3 days (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 3-6 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

After shipping, you will receive an e-mail from the respective parcel service with your package number for tracking purposes.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
